Mods will be installed once payment has been made, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

Once purchased and installed Simple Mods will provide customer support for up to 30 days from the date of purchase to ensure that each mod is working properly. Simple Mods will address individual use questions as needed. Each mod is designed and tested for a specific version only, therefore Simple Mods can not guarantee that your mod will continue to work should your files - system or template - be upgraded, modified, or altered in any way and may carry an additional fee for re-installation.

Due to the nature of our products we do not issue refunds after the product is purchased unless, however, the mod proves to be incompatible with your template at the time of installation. Should a mod prove to be incompatible the user agrees to give Simple Mods permission to remove the files permanently from their site.

If you would like to see the mod(s) demonstrated before you buy, please contact us BEFORE your purchase and we'll set it up on our demo system temporarily.

If you should have any problems with a mod after your purchase please notify us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

The user agrees to back up mod files. In no way will Simple Mods be responsible for the loss or destruction of any mod files if a user, web designer or host moves or alters any files on the server. There will be a charge to reinstall the mod files to the server, if needed, and no guarantee can be made of the functionality of the mod if other system or template files have been changed, altered or upgraded.

If needed we will replace your mod for free within 7 days from the date of purchase only. Please contact us if you need a mod replaced - giving your order information and date purchased.

Your purchase is limited touse on one site only, and only those hosted with Merchantmoms. The mods may not leave Merchantmoms servers. Designers purchasing mods for use on client sites need to make a separate purchase for each site the mod will be used on.

All mods are provided with the belief that they are in good working order, and that their structure is valid. However, Simple Mods will not guarantee the completeness or functionality of any page or structure in the files or installation.

Mods are provided by Simple Mods "as is" and "with all faults". No warranties or guarantees are provided.

The user agrees to indemnify and hold Simple Mods harmless without exception or limitation from all liability, expenses, claims, action, fees, losses or damages caused by the direct or indirect use of Simple Mods products at any time and by any party. In no way will Simple Mods be held liable for any use of mods by the user, or loss of functionality of mods due to altered, upgraded or edited system or template files.

Simple Mods reserves the right to discontinue distributing mods and support for the mods, and may refuse or revoke the use of a mod to any party, for any reason, at any time. Simple Mods is not responsible for contacting users for this discontinuation.

Simple Mods never rents, sells or trades any information obtained through the information garnered during your purchase or contact inquiries, and will use the email information only for communications regarding mod installations.
