What version do I have? TOP
You can tell which version you're site is using by looking in the footer info on your storeadmin pages. There are some sites that don't have a version posted - those will be 2.55.

Access Information TOP
We will need the following info:
- your cpanel/hosting info - in order to upload the files
- your storeadmin password - to test the mod to make it's working
Do I download something? TOP
No, all mods will be installed by simple-mods. We will contact you to let you know the mod is in place.
How long will it take? TOP
Mods are usually install within 24 hours.
If you've ordered the system upgrade we will make arrangements with you concerning the best time to install it because your site will be down temporarily while files are being uploaded and the system changed over. These are usually performed later at night because of this, but we will discuss the time with you when we receive your order.
